I believe that Yoga is for everyone. There’s a place for YOU whether it’s your first time on the mat, if you’ve been practising for many years or sit somewhere in between. Whatever, your age, body, flexibility, strength or gender, a regular yoga practice will gift you many benefits:

what to expect in one of my classes
I teach a style of yoga called Vinyasa. Even though it might sound a bit fancy all it means is that you flow from one position to the next in a way that prepares you for the next body shape. You will practice moving in time with your breath and holding each position for a short time, which helps to grow your strength, flexibility and focus. Every class is designed to gradually build in intensity before slowing down for the rest, known as Savasana, at the end of class.
Whatever class you join, you will be given options to enable you to make your practice work for your body. There are many different ways to achieve a similar outcome so the class is accessible for everyone. That’s the beauty of yoga!
weekly classes
On Wednesday evenings I teach yoga asana (making body shapes), pranayama (yoga breathing techniques) and meditation (practising focus and concentration) in the beautiful community of Nethercote.
In every class you join you will be learning how to breathe with more ease and better control, to move mindfully and grow your body awareness.
My classes are suitable for yogis and yoginis with different levels of experience and fitness, including beginners. Everyone is welcome!

To get the most out of your yoga practice, join me in the studio and practice at home in between. The following passes are available:
10 Class Pass | $200
(12 weeks validity)5 Class Pass | $110
(6 weeks validity)Single Class Pass | $25 (must be booked and paid in advance.)

Please cancel your booking at least 4 hours before class
Passes: Late cancellations & no shows will have a class deducted from your pass
Casual classes: Late cancellations & no shows will forfeit the class
yoga privates
Yoga is designed to be taught one-to-one as our bodies are so different. Private classes are suitable for complete beginners through to more experienced practitioners. Perhaps you want to dive deeper into your yoga practice or get some extra support? Or perhaps, group class times don’t work with your schedule? Whatever your reason working with me 1:1 is the ideal way to grow confidence in your yoga practice and in YOU!
